Administration
& Administrative Support
Administration
is responsible for the executive management and operation
of the corporation and its programs, facilities and services.
The Chief Executive Officer oversees these management functions
in accordance with the mission, vision and strategic initiatives
established by the Board of Directors.
Successful
operation of any service organization requires the support
of administrative staff performing duties related to finance,
business development and human resources as well as technical
resources. For example, the Information Systems department
provides technology based administrative support services
for the Children's Clinics. Children's Clinics also places
high priority on being a voice within the community for the
issues and needs of children with special needs and their
families. Parents and caretakers are viewed as valued team
members and are given a voice at Children's Clinics through
the Parent Action Council.
