Care Support
The Director
of Health Care Support oversees the departments that support
the direct services provided at Children's Clinics. These
include Enrollment, Scheduling, Insurance Referrals and Authorizations,
and Billing; Managed Care, where issues related to the utilization
of clinical services are handled; and Health Information.

existence of medically qualifying condition is necessary

is required to maintain continuity of service
- Re-enrollment
intervals range from 1 month to 1 year, depending on the
insurance program the child is covered under
- Enrollment
interviewers can assist in identifying additional programs
for which a child or family may qualify
