Manager Nursing Services

The Children’s Clinics for Rehabilitative Services is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Manager of Nursing Services. Our preference is for candidates local to Tucson or from within the State of Arizona.

As a member of the Clinical Operations Team, the Manager of Nursing Services reports to the Chief Clinical Officer, assisting in the organization and administration of Patient Care Services. Duties include; analyzing nursing and ancillary services to improve the quality of patient care and attain maximum utilization of staff time and resources.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required. Current AZ RN License required. MSN and pediatric experience are preferred. Two (2) years of leadership experience, Five (5) years of relevant nursing with mastery of the role and competencies for assigned area, teaching and interpersonal skills, and documentation of professional development are preferred.

 

Communication Aide Rehab Therapy Services

The Children’s Clinics for Rehabilitative Services is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Communication Aide. Our preference is for candidates local to Tucson or from within the State of Arizona.

As a member of the Rehab Therapy Services Team, the Communication Adie reports to the Rehab Manager, assisting the Audiologist and Speech Language Pathologists in Patient Care Services. Duties include; planning, preparation, and provision of comprehensive communication services to eligible patients.

A High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2 years related experience and/or training. Speech-Language Pathology Assistant credential or Bachelor’s Degree in Speech & Hearing Science, or related field, preferred. 2 years’ experience providing education, speech-language, audiological, or other health care services to the pediatric population, preferably including children with developmental delays and/or special health care needs, preferred. Ability to communicate effectively in American Sign Language preferred.

 

Rehab Manager Outpatient Therapy Services

Children’s Clinics for Rehabilitative Services is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Rehabilitation Therapy Services Manager.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Rehabilitation Manager reports to the Chief Clinical Officer, contributing to operational strategy, leading change and policy implementation. The position manages, directs, oversees and evaluates Audiology, Speech & Language Therapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Nutrition functions. The Manager is responsible for general operations, the department’s budget, clinical protocols, quality standards and the department’s overall direction.  The required education and experience are; a Master’s degree in a related clinical field or equivalent; a minimum of two years clinical pediatric experience and three years healthcare management experience. Experience as a therapist is preferred.
