Business Services Supervisor

Children’s Clinics is currently looking for an enthusiastic and energetic hands on Business Services Supervisor.  This individual will oversee the operations of key business processes billing that include coding, billing, and collecting of accounts, claims adjudication and processing.  Possess strong leadership and supervisory skills, decision making skills, problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.  Responsible for monitoring/analyzing daily workflows and staff resources, suggesting alternative approaches to increase efficiency and effectiveness.  Acts as primary program liaison for communication with state ADHS/CRS staff regarding reporting requirements and grievances.  Working experience of CPT-4, ICD-10 and HCPCS coding is essential.  A thorough knowledge of AHCCCS and CRS contract requirements is necessary.  Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or Business Administration is highly preferred.  Possess at least 5 years’ experience in all aspects of medical office, such as billing, coding and collections functions preferred.

Systems Analyst

Rehab Technician

Assist in removal of casts to children with special health care needs during busy orthopedic clinics.  Support Rehab providers with patient care tasks.  Cleans and organizes toys and equipment daily.  Maintain environment of care in the therapy department.  Must be bilingual (English/Spanish), fluent in Spanish to provide verbal translation services to patients and families.  Experience working with children in medical or educational setting preferred.  Strong preference for person with experience/demonstrated skills in casting and assisting with patient treatment.  High school or general education diploma required.  Minimum of one year related experience with pediatric population preferred.

Registered Dietitian

Responsible for the nutritional care of pediatric to adult patients with special health care needs.  Assesses, plans, and implements diet recommendations.  At least two years clinical experience preferred.  Experience with Electronic Health Records preferred.  Bachelor’s degree (BS) in dietetics or related field.  Registered Dietitian-American Dietetic Association.  Willing to consider registered dietitian eligible applicants.

Medical Assistant – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Experienced providing verbal Medical translation services for providers.  Takes patient vital signs, performs routine clinical tests, and maintains electronic medical record in a clinic setting. Experience working with electronic health records helpful. Related experience, preferably working with pediatric population or an equivalent combination of experience and training.  At least one year front and back office experience. High School or General Equivalent Diploma.  Medical Assistant Certificate and CPR BLS required.
