Licensed Medical Social Worker (LMSW)

The Children’s Clinics for Rehabilitative Services is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Licensed Medical Social Worker, LMSW.

The Tucson Children’s Clinics is a welcoming, integrated medical facility for Southern Arizona’s children and their families. We have over 25 medical and dental specialty clinics, primary care, behavioral health and a full pediatric rehabilitation services department under 1 roof.

The Licensed Medical Social Worker, LMSW reports to the Patient and Family Services Manager. The position provides social work/case management services. This includes evaluation and assessment of needs, advocacy and education, resource identification and referral, discharge planning; and care coordination of services.

The required education, license, and experience are; a Master’s degree in Counseling, Therapy, or related field by an accredited educational institution, with relevant experience. AZ State License LMSW. BLS/CPR certification.

Pediatrician or Med-Peds

Full-time or Part-time Opening in beautiful Tucson, Arizona

Our Primary Care Clinic is part of our comprehensive Multi-Specialty Integrated Clinics serving both the medical and behavioral health needs of children with complex needs. The Clinic includes three physicians and one full-time Nurse Practitioner. There is potential for continued growth of the clinic.

In addition our support staff includes: Full-time Social Workers>Medical Assistant for each provider>Nurse Care Coordinator>Educational Consultant>Child Life Specialist>On-site Lab and Radiology, and over 65 Medical Subspecialty Consultations available onsite, including neurology, orthopedics, ENT, cardiology, etc.  Numerous Specialty Clinics serving the multi-disciplinary needs of the clinic with onsite Comprehensive Rehabilitation Department and Behavioral Health Services.  No weekend duties or on call responsibilities.  Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  No night time duties or on call responsibilities.  CME stipend

Family Nurse Practitioner

The Children’s Clinics for Rehabilitative Services is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Family Nurse Practitioner, to serve in our Primary Care Office.

This is a 32 to 40 hour fully benefited position for a practitioner serving patients of all ages.

As a member of our professional medical team, the FNP will provide primary care and urgent care to our patients, with a family centered emphasis.

The Children’s Clinic offers Monday through Friday hours with no weekend or on-call hours.

Minimum Qualifications include:

EDUCATION: Master’s degree in Nursing; Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

EXPERIENCE: Two (2) or more recent years of related experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care.

LICENSURE OR CERTIFICATION: National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or must be eligible for certification exam. Must become credentialed at Children’s Clinics through the Professional Staffing Office prior to appointment. Must have and maintain a current Arizona state license as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner including prescriptive authority. Must obtain and maintain a current Federal Drug Enforcement Agency License for prescribing controlled substances. Must obtain and maintain current certification in Basic Life Support. Must have Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Occupational Therapist – Pediatric

Full-time or Part-time pediatric Occupational Therapist to join a strong inter-professional rehabilitative therapy team.  The therapist will serve a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs, including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, autism spectrum disorder, and neuromuscular disorders.  Experience with feeding therapy preferred.  Applicants must be licensed in AZ or eligible for AZ licensure.  Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral occupational therapy program.

Rehabilitation Services Manager

The Children’s Clinics for Rehabilitative Services is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Rehabilitation Services Manager.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Rehabilitation Manager reports to the Chief Clinical Officer, contributing to operational strategy, leading change and policy implementation. The position manages, directs, oversees and evaluates Audiology, Speech & Language Therapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Nutrition functions. The Manager is responsible for general operations, the department’s budget, clinical protocols, quality standards and the department’s overall direction.

The required education and experience are; a Master’s degree in a related clinical field or equivalent; a minimum of two years clinical pediatric experience and three years healthcare management experience.
