This Senior Leadership Team position is responsible for Human Resources and individual development activities that enhance the organization’s effectiveness and long term sustainability. Organizational design elements may include Compensation Planning, Staff Studies, Policy and Job Description review. The Director of Human Resources will partner with the Senior Leadership Team and external industry resources, to drive talent management and leadership development strategies. Create tools and processes in the disciplines of performance management, succession planning, talent acquisition assessment, coaching, and competency identification to develop leaders that meet the current future business needs of the Children’s Clinics.

Master’s degree or equivalent preferred in Human Resources, nonprofit management, business administration, or other related discipline. HR certification, e.g., SPHR, SCP is preferred.

Five (5) years of professional experience in a leadership role across all HR disciplines, including employment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training/development, and safety/health.

The Children’s Clinics is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Medical Assistant.

The Tucson Children’s Clinics is a welcoming, integrated medical facility for Southern Arizona’s children and their families. We have over 25 medical and dental specialty clinics, primary care, behavioral health and outpatient therapy services under one roof.

Takes patient vital signs, performs routine clinical tests, and maintains electronic medical record in a clinic setting. Experience working in an electronic health records system helpful. At least one year front and back office experience or related experience preferably working with pediatric population or an equivalent combination of experience and training required.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. High School or General Equivalent Diploma. Medical Assistant Certificate and BLS/CPR certification required. Experience working in a related field in a Pediatric Family Practice environment strongly preferred.

This position is responsible for pre and post payment claim auditing of medical records and associated clinical documentation to ensure proper coding and charge capture, billing in accordance with standard billing policies and reimbursement principles.  This position is also responsible for working collaboratively with other departments in the resolution of billing issues and/or denials requiring clinical expertise, participating in external audit requests, and special projects as needed.  The Revenue Cycle Auditor will also serve as an audit outcome educator with clinical staff in clinic, coders and department settings.  Completion of a two (2) year college preferred or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.  CPC or CCA required.

This individual will perform a variety of financial/reimbursement analysis and monitoring functions to assist in contract reimbursement management and other related financial activities.  Completion of a two (2) year college preferred or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.  CPC or CCA required.

The Children’s Clinics is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). Our preference is for candidates local to Tucson or from within the State of Arizona.

The Tucson Children’s Clinics is a welcoming, integrated medical facility for Southern Arizona’s children and their families. We have over 25 medical and dental specialty clinics, primary care, behavioral health and outpatient therapy services under one roof.

As a member of the Outpatient Therapies Services team the Speech-Language Pathologist will join a strong transdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs, including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, neuromuscular disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and pediatric orthopedic conditions. Participates in multi-disciplinary patient care planning and staff/parent education.

Applicants must be licensed or eligible for licensure in AZ. Must have graduated from an accredited Master’s degree program.  Minimum two years’ experience with pediatric population preferred.  Current BLS/CPR certification required.  Expertise in feeding treatment strongly preferred.  Proficiency in Spanish Language is preferred.

As a member of the Outpatient Therapies Services team the Physical Therapist will join a strong transdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs, including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, neuromuscular disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and pediatric orthopedic conditions. Therapist may participate in transdisciplinary medical specialty clinics, wheelchair, and adaptive equipment clinics, and pediatric orthopedic clinics.  Experience with spasticity management (Botox, Baclofen, and intrathecal Baclofen pump), serial casting, adaptive equipment, and both pediatric orthopedic and developmental treatment preferred.

Applicants must be licensed or eligible for licensure in AZ. Must have graduated from an accredited Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral level physical therapy program.  Current BLS/CPR certification required.  At least one year related experience preferred.
