The Children’s Clinics is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Manager of Nursing Services. Our preference is for candidates local to Tucson or from within the State of Arizona.

The Tucson Children’s Clinics is a welcoming, integrated medical facility for Southern Arizona’s children and their families. We have over 25 medical and dental specialty clinics, primary care, behavioral health and rehabilitation services under one roof.

As a member of the Clinical Operations Team, the Manager of Nursing Services reports to the Chief Clinical Officer, assisting in the organization and administration of Patient Care Services. Duties include; analyzing nursing and ancillary services to improve the quality of patient care and attain maximum utilization of staff time and resources.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required. Current AZ RN License required. MSN and pediatric experience are preferred. Two (2) years of leadership experience, Five (5) years of relevant nursing with mastery of the role and competencies for assigned area, teaching and interpersonal skills, and documentation of professional development are preferred.

The Children’s Clinics is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Physical Therapist.

The Tucson Children’s Clinics is a welcoming, integrated medical facility for Southern Arizona’s children and their families. We have over 25 medical and dental specialty clinics, primary care, behavioral health and outpatient therapy services under one roof.

As a member of the Outpatient Therapies Services team the Physical Therapist will join a strong transdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs, including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, neuromuscular disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and pediatric orthopedic conditions. Therapist may participate in transdisciplinary medical specialty clinics, wheelchair, and adaptive equipment clinics, and pediatric orthopedic clinics.  Experience with spasticity management (Botox, Baclofen, and intrathecal Baclofen pump), serial casting, adaptive equipment, and both pediatric orthopedic and developmental treatment preferred.

Applicants must be licensed or eligible for licensure in AZ. Must have graduated from an accredited Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral level physical therapy program.  Current BLS/CPR certification required.  At least one year related experience preferred.

The Children’s Clinics is seeking qualified candidates for a Part-Time position for Rehab Technician.

The Tucson Children’s Clinics is a welcoming, integrated medical facility for Southern Arizona’s children and their families. We have over 25 medical and dental specialty clinics, primary care, behavioral health and outpatient therapy services under one roof.

The Rehab Technician will assist the Providers with patient care tasks, maintenance of the environment of care, and inventory, including medical translation.  Spanish language proficiency is required.

Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of one year related experience with the pediatric population preferred. Primarily children with complex medical needs, including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, neuromuscular disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and pediatric orthopedic conditions.  Current BLS/CPR certification required.

The Children’s Clinics is seeking qualified candidates for the position of RN Care Coordinator.

The Tucson Children’s Clinics is a welcoming, integrated medical facility for Southern Arizona’s children and their families. We have over 25 medical and dental specialty clinics, primary care, behavioral health and outpatient therapy services under one roof.

As a member of the Nursing Team, the RN Care Coordinator reports to the Nurse Manager. As a complement to the basis patient intake process, the coordinator takes a more detailed approach to visit planning. This includes reviewing the medical record and coordinating the acquisition of patient records, procedure reports, diagnostic test results, data base information. Assesses and documents pediatric to young adult patient intake information and determines nursing actions required. To assure effective patient flow the coordinator provides supervision/guidance to Medical Assistants as needed.

A current AZ Registered Nurse License is required. ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing institution. 2 to 4 years pediatric nursing experience preferred. Current BLS/CPR certification required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) helpful.
