Audiologist | Tucson, AZ
Children’s Clinics for Rehabilitative Services has a full-time Audiologist position in Tucson, AZ. Duties include conducting developmentally appropriate audiologic evaluations to assess hearing acuity, middle ear function, cochlear function, auditory pathway integrity, and speech discrimination abilities; making appropriate medical, habilitative, and educational recommendations based on diagnostic findings; recommending, ordering, fitting, and programming hearing aids and bone conduction hearing systems based on audiologic evaluation, age, developmental level, and patient and family needs; performing hearing aid and earmold fittings using verification measures such as probe tube measurements and real-ear-to-coupler differences (RECDs); providing counseling and instruction to patients and families regarding the care, use, and management of hearing devices and accessories; performing non-sedated auditory brainstem response (ABR) evaluations for threshold estimation and retrocochlear assessment; evaluating audiologic candidacy for cochlear implantation and collaborating as a member of the cochlear implant team; performing cochlear implant activations and mapping and coordinating with speech providers to support aural rehabilitation services; educating parents, families, educators, and professionals about hearing loss and its impact on communication, learning, and social development; mentoring and training staff and participating in staff orientation and continuing education; and performing other duties as assigned. Work requires collaboration in a multidisciplinary pediatric healthcare environment and the use of specialized diagnostic equipment and hearing aid programming software.
Drug test, Level One Fingerprint Clearance, and background check required. Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or equivalent graduate degree in Audiology and appropriate Arizona licensure required.
Board Certified Behavioral Analyst | Tucson, AZ
Children’s Clinics for Rehabilitative Services has a full-time Board Certified Behavioral Analyst position in Tucson, AZ. Duties include Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments/Analyses as assigned; Conduct curricular assessments as assigned; Develop Behavior Intervention Plans for clients in a timely and efficient manner; Train caregivers and staff on the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans using competency based training documentation; Graph, analyze and interpret data on the occurrence of target behaviors and replacement behaviors; Perform standard assignments within own job functions; Expand knowledge of fundamental theories, practices, procedures, and concepts within the job’s function. Identify and solve a range of problems in straightforward situations; Analyze possible solutions and assess each using established procedures; Analyze developments in the field for others. Drug test, Level One Fingerprint Clearance, and background check required. Master’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field and 2 years experience required. Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification via the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB); Behavior Analyst license in Arizona; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Occupational Therapist | Tucson, AZ
Children’s Clinics for Rehabilitative Services has a full-time Occupational Therapist position in Tucson, AZ. Duties include providing comprehensive occupational therapy assessments, treatment, and care coordination for pediatric patients from birth through young adulthood, including those with feeding and swallowing limitations, developmental delays, congenital conditions, sensory integration impairments, fine motor coordination challenges, visual-perceptual difficulties, and limitations in activities of daily living; conducting age-appropriate, evidence-based clinical and functional occupational therapy evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans based on objective findings, therapy progress, and patient and family goals; evaluating for and fabricating upper extremity splints and providing patient and family instruction on proper care and use; providing occupational therapy consultations, screenings, and care coordination while participating in multidisciplinary specialty clinics; assessing patient needs for adaptive equipment, assistive technology, environmental controls, communication devices, and durable medical equipment; educating patients, families, clinic staff, school personnel, and other professionals involved in patient care; supervising support personnel including Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with state, national, and professional guidelines; documenting evaluations, treatments, consultations, patient and family education, and all required patient care information accurately and timely in the electronic health record; mentoring and training staff and participating in orientation and ongoing staff education; and performing other duties as assigned.
