As a member of the Patient and Family Services team the Therapist will join a strong interdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children to young adults with complex medical needs including behavioral health concerns/diagnoses. The desired candidate will have clinical experience, assessment skills, knowledge and utilization of Best Practices, and excellent engagement skills. The Therapist will evaluate and assess the needs of the patient, and provide clinical outpatient services (individual, family, and group services).
Applicants must have a current LCSW license or eligible for licensure in AZ or an LPC and must hold a license in professional counseling. Must have graduated from an accredited Master’s degree program in Counseling, Therapy, Psychology or related field by an accredited educational institution, with relevant experience. Minimum two years experience working with children and families in the behavioral health system. Current BLS/CPR certification required. EMR/EHR preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

As a member of the Information Systems (I.S.) team, the Systems Analyst will join a small and agile team supporting internal and external clients. The Systems Analyst will manage the NextGen EHR/PM software, providing application support, training/education and lead system upgrades including the development of new solutions within NextGen; desktop support; curriculum development. The successful candidate will be experienced in SQL, Crystal Reports, Python. Microsoft Office Suite; the ability to work independently, possess strong communication, time management and organization skills; and have solid experience and knowledge of EHR (i.e NextGen, Epic, etc.) and systems.
A Bachelor’s degree in MIS or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience and one year related experience in healthcare delivery setting required. Two or more years of experience in software support and development experience r healthcare application (i.e NextGen, Epic, etc.) preferred.

As a member of the team, the Medical Records Assistant collects, coordinates, maintains and screens requests for release of patient medical record information as per Children’s Clinics established policies & procedures. Maintains strict confidentiality of patient information while delivering exceptional customer service. Performs clerical work including sorting, assembling, and scanning documents utilizing an EMR/EHR system.
High school diploma or general education degree and a minimum of 1 year or 2 years preferred related medical records experience and or medical related training. Bilingual (English/Spanish) and RHIT or RHIA certification preferred. Experience with EMR/EHR (NextGen, EPIC, etc.) a plus.

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in a fast paced Medical/Front office reception setting, checking in/out patients. Able to schedule patients for multiple clinicians across 5 disciplines. Performs clerical work such as taking patient payments, ensuring patient insurance is verified, eligibility is up to date, entering patient demographics, submit request for prior authorization for treatments/consults; and pharmacy information in the electronic health record (EHS) system. Professional phone etiquette skills handling a high call volume, customer service and conflict management skills; in person and telephonically strongly preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. High school diploma or general education degree and six months to one year related medical office experience and/or training required. Strong computer skills and proficient using Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
