As a member of the Clinical Services team, the Medical Assistant will join a strong transdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs including Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, Neurogenic/Neurologic disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Down Syndrome.  The MA will obtain patient vitals, performs routine clinical tests, and maintains electronic medical record in a clinic setting. The desired candidate will possess excellent communication, organization, ability to multi-task, provide excellent customer service and thrive in a team environment.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.  High School or General Education Diploma and certificate of completion from an accredited Medical Assistant program required. Current BLS certification required.  Six months front and back office or related experience preferably working in a Pediatric environment strongly preferred.  Experience with Electronic Health Records (NextGen) a plus.

The Development and Communications Specialist will work closely with leadership and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to lead a culture of philanthropy and support the development and execution of the annual fund development plan which includes individual giving, prospecting and cultivating strategies, stewardship, corporate and foundation relations, and grants. In addition, the Specialist will create and maintain the organization’s brand and public image through social media, web, print and through community participation. The successful candidate will be a highly self-motivated individual with effective oral and written communication skills, be skilled in collaborating with others to transform strategy into action, have the ability to analyze data to drive solution-oriented outcomes and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. As a member of the Information Systems (I.S.) team, the Systems Analyst will join a small and agile team supporting internal and external clients. The Systems Analyst will manage the NextGen EHR/PM software, providing application support, training/education and lead system upgrades including the development of new solutions within NextGen; desktop support; curriculum development. The successful candidate will be experienced in SQL, Crystal Reports, Python. Microsoft Office Suite; the ability to work independently, possess strong communication, time management and organization skills; and have solid experience and knowledge of EHR and systems.

A Bachelor’s degree in MIS or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience and one year related experience in healthcare delivery setting required. Two or more years of experience in software support and development experience with NextGen or other healthcare application preferred.

As a member of the team, the Medical Records Assistant collects, coordinates, maintains and screens requests for release of patient medical record information as per Children’s Clinics established policies & procedures. Maintains strict confidentiality of patient information while delivering exceptional customer service. Performs clerical work including sorting, assembling, and scanning documents utilizing an EMR/EHR system.

High school diploma or general education degree and a minimum of 1 year or 2 years preferred related medical records experience and or medical related training. Bilingual (English/Spanish) and RHIT or RHIA certification preferred. Experience with EMR/EHR (NextGen) a plus.

As a member of the Clinical Services team, the Nurse Practitioner (NP) will join a strong transdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting of children/adolescents and young adults. In addition to caring for this patient population, the NP will assist in the care of the patient’s siblings and parents. The NP will deliver primary care to new and established patients with the licensure and the highest standards of quality, integrity and compassion. The desired candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to effectively manage their time and prioritize, the ability to think critically, problem solve and make decisions, possess organization skills and work collaboratively across teams.

Master’s in Nursing and current BLS required. Must have and maintain a current Arizona state license as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner including prescriptive authority. Must obtain and maintain a current Federal Drug Enforcement Agency License for prescribing controlled substances. Two+ years experience as a Nurse Practitioner caring for both adults and children in primary care required. Experience with EMR/EHR preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Our Primary Care Clinic is fully staffed and located within a comprehensive Multi-Specialty Integrated Clinic serving both the medical and behavioral health needs of children with complex needs.

The Technician will join a strong transdisciplinary team of Physical, Speech, and Occupational Therapists, Audiologists and Nutritionists; who serve a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, neuromuscular disorders, autism spectrum disorder, neurogenic, sensory impairment and pediatric orthopedic conditions.

Applicants must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and a minimum of one-year experience in a healthcare setting; experience with pediatric population and casting a plus. Must be able to meet physical demands and frequently/occasionally lift, push, pull, and position up to 75 pounds. Proficiency with MS Office Suite strongly preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Current BLS certification required.

BSN or Associate’s Degree, current AZ License and BLS certification required. Two plus years pediatric nursing experience specifically with children who have chronic illnesses and disabilities preferred. Experience in Behavioral Health and/or Psychiatry, EMR/EHR (NextGen) and bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
