As a member of the Patient and Family Services team the Therapist will join a strong interdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children to young adults with complex medical needs including behavioral health concerns/diagnoses. The desired candidate will have clinical experience, assessment skills, knowledge and utilization of Best Practices, and excellent engagement skills. The Therapist will evaluate and assess the needs of the patient, and provide clinical outpatient services (individual, family, and group services).

Applicants must have a current Arizona license. LCSW or LPC preferred. Must have graduated from an accredited Master’s degree program in Counseling, Therapy, Psychology or related field by an accredited educational institution, with relevant experience. Minimum two years experience working with children and families in the behavioral health system. Current BLS/CPR certification required. EMR/EHR preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

Children’s Clinics is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), 32 hrs/week.

As a member of the Rehabilitative team the Dietitian will join a strong transdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical and nutritional needs, including cerebral palsy, spina bifida; genetic, neuromuscular, and chromosomal disorders; autism spectrum disorder, neurogenic, orthopedic, endocrine, cardiac and gastrointestinal conditions; sensory impairment conditions. The Registered Dietitian will be responsible for the nutritional care of pediatric to adult patients with complex medical needs. The RDN will also assess, plan, and implements diet recommendations based on the patient’s medical and/or post-surgical needs.

At least two years’ clinical experience, Weight Management Counseling and feeding therapy strongly preferred. Pediatric experience strongly desired. Experience with Electronic Health Record preferred. Bachelor’s degree (BS) in dietetics or related field. Licensed Registered Dietitian – American Dietetic Association. Current BLS certification required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) Language is a plus.

As a member of the Clinical Services team, the Child Life Specialist will join a strong transdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs including Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, Neurogenic/Neurologic disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Down Syndrome. The desired candidate will possess excellent communication skills to effectively intervene and collaborate with patients, families, clinic staff and members of the community; possess the ability to make accurate assessments, observe patient needs and develop/implement programs and activities to create a positive experience for the patient and their families; be organized, ability to multi-task, provide excellent customer service and thrive in a team environment to develop strategies to support patient and families adjust to the medical diagnosis and treatment.

Child Life Specialist certificate required.  Master’s degree plus one year experience required. Current BLS required.  Experience with Electronic Health Records a plus.

The Talent Acquisition and Retention Specialist (TARS) will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support the mission of the Clinic and ensure its sustainability. The TARS will serve as the primary point of contact for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in the recruitment lifecycle and retention of employees to ensure proper staffing for the organization. As a member of the Rehabilitative Therapies Services team the PT will join a strong transdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs, including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, downs syndrome, neuromuscular disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and pediatric orthopedic conditions resulting in decreased functional mobility. The PT participates in multi-disciplinary patient care planning and staff/parent education and may participate in wheelchair evaluations and modifications, adaptive equipment evaluations and fittings, and pediatric orthopedic clinics to increase functional mobility, ROM and strength.

Applicants must be licensed or eligible for licensure in AZ, have graduated from an accredited Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral level physical therapy program and have a current BLS certification. Minimum two years experience with pediatric populations with very complex medical needs including neuromuscular conditions and a solid command of pediatric development. Experience with any of the following a plus: spasticity management (Botox, Baclofen, and Intrathecal Baclofen Pump), serial casting, use of adaptive equipment, wheelchair assessments, manual therapy, sensory integration, Electronic Medical Records, bilingual (English/Spanish), telehealth and Electronic Home Exercise Programs (HEP).
