As a member of the Rehabilitative Therapies Services team, the SLP will join a strong transdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs, including learning and language disorders; cerebral palsy, spina bifida, neuromuscular disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and other pediatric conditions. The SLP will participate in multi-disciplinary patient care planning and staff/parent education.

Applicants must be licensed or eligible for licensure in AZ, must have graduated from an accredited Master’s degree program and hold a current BLS/CPR certification. Minimum two years’ experience in completing Augmentative Communication Device Evaluations and ongoing treatment with pediatrics.  Experience supporting the deaf/hard of hearing population and AAC devices is required.  Experience with EMR/EHR (NextGen), autism and bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

As a member of the Clinical Services team, the Medical Assistant will join a strong transdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs including Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, Neurogenic/Neurologic disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Down Syndrome.  The MA will obtain patient vitals, performs routine clinical tests, and maintains electronic medical record in a clinic setting. The desired candidate will possess excellent communication, organization, ability to multi-task, provide excellent customer service and thrive in a team environment.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.  High School or General Education Diploma and certificate of completion from an accredited Medical Assistant program required. Current BLS/CPR certification required.  Six months front and back office experience or related experience preferably working in a Pediatric Family Practice environment strongly preferred.  Experience with Electronic Health Records (NextGen) a plus.

As a member of the Information Systems (I.S.) team, the Systems Analyst will join a small and agile team supporting internal and external clients. The Systems Analyst will manage the NextGen EHR/PM software, providing application support, training/education and lead system upgrades including the development of new solutions within NextGen; desktop support; curriculum development. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently, possess strong communication, time management and organization skills and have solid experience and knowledge of EHR and systems.

A Bachelor’s degree in MIS or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience and one year related experience in healthcare delivery setting required. Two or more years of experience in software support and development experience with NextGen or other healthcare application preferred.

As a member of the Administrative team, the Volunteer and Events Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the Childhood Experiences Program which includes building and managing a robust volunteer program, organizing and coordinating special activities and events to create impactful opportunities for the kids and families that we serve. The successful candidate will have solid leadership experience managing individuals and groups, the ability to motivate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute mission-critical programs; possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, critical thinking, time management and organization skills.

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree and BLS certification. Two or more years of related experience preferred. Proficiency in Volgistics and/or other similar volunteer management systems, Canva and /or other design platforms, MailChimp, Constant Contact, and/or similar communication platforms and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

As a member of the Business Services team the Reimbursement Analyst performs Accounts Receivable maintenance and follow up on Denials/Appeals.  Assist in AHCCCS contracts reimbursement management and other related financial activities.  Prepares and post Explanation of Benefits, payments and adjustments.  Assist in entering and updating reimbursement/fee schedules into the practice management system.

Associate’s degree or equivalent in healthcare or managed care environment required.  Two or more years healthcare or managed care systems experience required.  Computer experience using Microsoft Office Products.  Experience in Revenue Cycle processes preferred.  Experience working in a Practice Management System (NextGen preferred).
