Our Primary Care Clinic is fully staffed and located within a comprehensive Multi-Specialty Integrated Clinic serving both the medical and behavioral health needs of children with complex needs.

Children’s Clinics provides an excellent total rewards package including a CME stipend. Ample time off, no weekend duties and limited on call responsibilities.  Hours of operation 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

BC/BE in Pediatrics and/or Internal Medicine preferred. Current Arizona license and DEA number.  Med Peds preferred.  We will consider a pediatrician with adult experience or family practice physician with strong pediatric experience.

As a member of the Clinical Services team, the Medical Assistant will join a strong transdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, neurogenic/neurologic disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and down syndrome. Experience in specialty care such as Neurology, Dental, and Autoclaving is a plus.  The MA will obtain patient vitals, performs routine clinical tests, and maintains electronic medical record in a clinic setting.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. High School or General Education Diploma required.  Certificate of completion from an accredited Medical Assistant program required.  Current BLS/CPR certification required.  Will consider an experienced PCT with certificate or CNA license.  Experience with NextGen system is a plus.  Six months front and back office experience or related experience preferably working in a Pediatric Family Practice environment strongly preferred.

As a member of the Rehabilitative Services team, the Associate performs clerical work such as ensuring patient insurance and eligibility is up to date, handle busy phones, and take patient payments. Scheduling experience and knowledge of health insurance and verification process preferred.  Provide excellent customer service skills and conflict management; handling, in person, telephonically and in writing strongly preferred.  Updates patient demographics, insurance and pharmacy information in the electronic health record (EHR).  Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

High school diploma or general education degree and six months to one year related medical office experience and/or training required.   Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

As a member of the Rehabilitative Services team, the Technician will assist the Rehabilitation providers with patient care tasks including equipment adjustments and orders, casting and maintenance of the environment of care.  This role will include support to the front office schedulers.  The Technician will join a strong transdisciplinary team of Physical, Speech, and Occupational Therapists, Audiologists and Nutritionists; who serve a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, neuromuscular disorders, autism spectrum disorder, neurogenic, sensory impairment and pediatric orthopedic conditions.

Applicants must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and a minimum of one-year experience in a healthcare setting; experience with pediatric population and casting a plus. Must be able to meet physical demands and frequently/occasionally lift, push, pull, and position up to 75 pounds. Proficiency with MS Office Suite strongly preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.  Current BLS certification required.

As a member of the Clinical Operations Team this individual will support a dynamic team of providers and staff serving a population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs. Primary responsibilities will include performing laboratory procedures and coordinates the transport of the specimens to the appropriate lab.

Must be flexible, able to multitask, and have excellent communication skills. Knowledgeable of proper patient identification methods and legal requirements drawing blood, handling fluid samples and use of relevant medical equipment and material. Experience with venipunctures in the pediatric population preferred.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required or equivalent combination or relevant education and experience. Certificate of completion from an accredited Medical Assistant program required.  One-year experience collecting blood specimens required.  Pediatric experience preferred.  Bilingual (English/Spanish) language Medical Assistant and BLS certification required.

As a member of the Clinical Services team, the RN Care Coordinator will join a strong transdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, neurogenic/neurologic disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and Down syndrome. The RN Care Coordinator will directly impact patient outcomes: complete basic patient assessments; act as a liaison between patients, families, and physicians; manage medication changes and prescriptions refills; interface with various health plans; triage calls. The desired candidate will have excellent communications skills, the ability to think critically and enjoy multi-tasking.

BSN or Associate’s Degree with current AZ License and current BLS/CPR certification required.  Experience in pediatric populations specifically chronic illnesses and children with disabilities preferred. Two plus years pediatric nursing experience preferred.  Experience with administering vaccinations and EMR/EHR (NextGen) a plus.  Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
