Our Primary Care Clinic is fully staffed and located within a comprehensive Multi-Specialty Integrated Clinic serving both the medical and behavioral health needs of children with complex needs.

Children’s Clinics provides an excellent total rewards package including a CME stipend. Ample time off, no weekend duties and limited on call responsibilities.  Hours of operation 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

BC/BE in Pediatrics and/or Internal Medicine preferred. Current Arizona license and DEA number.  Med Peds preferred.  We will consider a pediatrician with adult experience or family practice physician with strong pediatric experience.

As a member of the Clinical Services team, the RN Care Coordinator will join a strong transdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, neurogenic/neurologic disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and Down syndrome. The RN Care Coordinator will directly impact patient outcomes: complete basic patient assessments; act as a liaison between patients, families, and physicians; manage medication changes and prescriptions refills; interface with various health plans; triage calls. The desired candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to think critically, be organized and enjoy multi-tasking.

BSN or Associate’s Degree with current AZ License and current BLS/CPR certification required.  Two plus years pediatric nursing experience specifically with children who have chronic illnesses and disabilities preferred. Experience with administering vaccinations and EMR/EHR (NextGen) and bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

As a member of the Clinical Services team, the Medical Social Worker/BHP will join a strong transdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, neurogenic/neurologic disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and down syndrome. The Medical Social Worker/BHP will provide social work/case management services; assist with patient care planning, transition planning and continuity of care.  This also includes evaluation and assessment of needs, advocacy and education, resource identification and referral, and discharge planning.

Master’s degree in Counseling, Therapy, or related field by an accredited educational institution, with three or more years of pediatric experience preferred. AZ State License LMSW.  BLS/CPR certification required.  Experience with EMR/EHR (NextGen) a plus.  Bilingual (English/Spanish) helpful.

As a member of the Rehabilitative Therapies Services team, the SLP will join a strong transdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs, including learning and language disorders; cerebral palsy, spina bifida, neuromuscular disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and other pediatric conditions. The SLP will participate in multi-disciplinary patient care planning and staff/parent education.

Applicants must be licensed or eligible for licensure in AZ, must have graduated from an accredited Master’s degree program and hold a current BLS/CPR certification. Minimum two years’ experience in completing Augmentative Communication Device Evaluations and ongoing treatment with pediatrics.  Experience supporting the deaf/hard of hearing population and AAC devices is required.  Experience with EMR/EHR (NextGen), autism and bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
