As a member of the Rehabilitative Therapies Services team, the SLP will join a strong transdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs, including learning and language disorders; cerebral palsy, spina bifida, neuromuscular disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and other pediatric conditions. The SLP will participate in multi-disciplinary patient care planning and staff/parent education.

Applicants must be licensed or eligible for licensure in AZ, must have graduated from an accredited Master’s degree program and hold a current BLS/CPR certification. Minimum two years’ experience in completing Augmentative Communication Device Evaluations and ongoing treatment with pediatrics.  Experience supporting the deaf/hard of hearing population and AAC devices is required.  Experience with EMR/EHR (NextGen), autism and bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

As a member of the Rehabilitative team the Dietitian will join a strong transdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical and nutritional needs, including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, neuromuscular and chromosomal disorders, autism spectrum disorder, neurogenic, orthopedic, endocrine, cardiac and gastrointestinal conditions; sensory impairment conditions. The Registered Dietitian will be responsible for the nutritional care of pediatric to adult patients with complex medical needs.  The RDN will also assess, plan, and implements diet recommendations based on the patient’s medical and/or post-surgical needs.

At least two years’ clinical experience preferred. Pediatric experience strongly desired.  Experience with Electronic Health Record preferred.  Bachelor’s degree (BS) in dietetics or related field.  Licensed Registered Dietitian – American Dietetic Association.  Current BLS/CPR certification required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) Language preferred but not required.

As a member of the Rehabilitative Therapies Services team the PT will join a strong transdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs, including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, downs syndrome, neuromuscular disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and pediatric orthopedic conditions.  Experience with spasticity management (Botox, Baclofen, and intrathecal Baclofen pump), serial casting, durable medical equipment, adaptive equipment, and both pediatric orthopedic and developmental treatment preferred.   The PT participates in multi-disciplinary patient care planning and staff/parent education and may participate in wheelchair evaluations and modifications, adaptive equipment evaluations and fittings, and pediatric orthopedic clinics.

Applicants must be licensed or eligible for licensure in AZ.  Must have graduated from an accredited Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral level physical therapy program and have a current BLS certification.  Minimum two years’ experience with pediatric populations with very complex medical needs.  Experience with Electronic Medical Records and training in recommending use of durable medical equipment preferred.  Manual therapy, Pediatric (young adult) Orthopedic skills, exercise training, bilingual (English/Spanish) and telehealth experience a plus.

As a member of the Clinical Services team, the Sterilization Technician will join a strong transdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs including Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, Neurogenic/Neurologic disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Down Syndrome.  Clinical experience as a Sterile Processing Technician preferred.  Responsibilities include but not limited to inspecting patient instruments and reusable equipment and assesses for functionality and safety; as well as decontamination, cleaning, inspection, wrapping, sterilization, and storage processes. Performs quality control checks and maintains standards as required by Joint Commission on all process related equipment.  Ensures optimal levels of equipment and supplies are available, orders and restocks when necessary.  The desired candidate will possess excellent organization, the ability to multi-task and be detail oriented.

High School or General Education Diploma required.  Current BLS/CPR certification required.  Certification in Sterile Processing preferred. Basic knowledge of professional standards and regulations.  Minimum six months in a related role or a position requiring similar skills, preferably in a healthcare environment.

As a member of the Rehabilitative Therapies Services team, the Audiologist will join a strong transdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs, including Deaf and Hard of Hearing, auditory processing impairments, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, downs syndrome, neuromuscular disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and pediatric orthopedic conditions.  The Audiologist provides comprehensive audiological and hearing aid services that include Post-Cochlear implantation Aural rehabilitation, non-sedative ABR testing, evaluating the very young and difficult to test populations, hearing aid selection and fittings and BAHA fittings. The Audiologist will join an inter-disciplinary cochlear implant team that collaborate closely with ENT physicians, RN’s, Social Workers, and Speech Language Pathologists. The successful candidate will display effective communication and documentation skills; the ability to collaborate with vendors; team members and families; and possess time management and analytical skills.

A Master’s or doctoral degree in Audiology and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency and current BLS is required.  Minimum two years’ experience with pediatric populations with complex medical needs. Experience with Electronic Medical Records; Noah software interface; and hearing aid manufacture software preferred. Experience with Oticon, Phonax, and Resound equipment and software, and bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

As a member of the Information Technology (IT) team, the Supervisor will lead and manage a small and agile department with varying IT roles supporting internal and external clients. The Supervisor will manage the NextGen EHR/PM software, provide application support, training/education and lead system upgrades including the development of new solutions within NextGen. The successful candidate will have the ability to lead a team and instill accountability to ensure responsibilities/projects are completed, have strong time management and organization skills, have strong communication skills to liaise with a variety of vendors, and have solid experience and expertise of EHR and systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or related field by an accredited educational institution and two years of experience leading teams in a healthcare delivery setting required. Two years professional software support and development with NextGen EMR/PM strongly preferred.  Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

As a member of the dynamic Business Services team the Coder will join a strong transdisciplinary outpatient clinic serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs.  Responsibilities include but not limited to extracting medical documentation for appropriate coding and billing.  Provides clinical abstracts and assigns appropriate clinical diagnosis and procedure codes in accordance with nationally recognized guidelines.  Provides accurate ICD10 and CPT 4 coding.  The desired candidate will possess excellent organization, the ability to multi-task and be detail oriented.

High School or General Education Diploma required, or Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school required.  Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) required.  One to six months related experience required, preferably in a healthcare environment.  Experience working in an E H R system NextGen preferred.  Experience working with AHCCCS payers.
