The Tucson Children’s Clinics is a welcoming, integrated outpatient medical facility for Southern Arizona’s children and their families. We have over 25 medical and dental specialty clinics, primary care, behavioral health and therapy services under one roof.

As a member of the Rehabilitative services team the Physical Therapist will join a strong trans-disciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs, including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, neuromuscular disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and pediatric orthopedic conditions. Therapist may participate in transdisciplinary medical specialty clinics, wheelchair, and adaptive equipment clinics, and pediatric orthopedic clinics.  Experience with spasticity management (Botox, Baclofen, and intrathecal Baclofen pump), serial casting, adaptive equipment, and both pediatric orthopedic and developmental treatment preferred.

Applicants must be licensed or eligible for licensure in AZ. Must have graduated from an accredited Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral level physical therapy program.  Current BLS/CPR certification required.  At least one year related experience preferred.

Full-time benefited position (30-40 hours Monday-Friday.)

Seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join a strong inter-professional rehabilitative therapy team.  The OT will provide services to a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs.  The OT will provide outpatient services to patients that include disorders of cerebral palsy, spina bifida, autism spectrum disorder, and neuromuscular disorders.  Experience with splinting preferred.

Must be licensed in Arizona or eligible for Arizona Licensure.  Must have graduated from an accredited Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral Occupational Therapy program.

The Children’s Clinics is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Occupational Feeding Therapist Pediatric. We will consider an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Occupational Therapist (OT).

As a member of the Rehabilitative team the Feeding Therapist will join a strong transdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs, including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, neuromuscular disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and pediatric orthopedic conditions. Participates in multi-disciplinary patient care planning and staff/parent education.

SLP or OT applicants must be licensed or eligible for licensure in AZ. Must have graduated from an accredited Master’s degree program.  Minimum two years’ experience with pediatric population preferred.  Current BLS/CPR certification required.  Knowledgeable in feeding treatment.  Spanish Language skill is helpful but not required.

Part-time Medical Records Assistant needed.  Flexible Hours Monday-Friday.  As a member of the team the Medical Records Assistant collects, coordinates, maintains and screens requests for release of patient medical record information as per Children’s Clinics established procedures. Maintains strict confidentiality of patient information.  Performs clerical work including sorting, assembling, and scanning documents utilizing an EHR system.

High school diploma or general education degree and a minimum of One (1) year Medical Records experience and or relevant training. Bilingual (English/Spanish).  Spanish Language preferred but not required.  RHIT or RHIA certification preferred.

The Children’s Clinics is seeking qualified candidates for the position of an Office Associate/Prior Authorization Float.

Children’s Clinics serves a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs.

As a member of the Business Services team the Float will need both Medical Front Office experience and Prior Authorization experience. Maintains strict confidentiality of patient information.  Performs clerical work such as to ensure patient insurance and eligibility is up to date, answering phone, and taking patient payments.  Assist with physician-to-physician calls by locating and/or contracting the doctors for pending authorizations/referrals.  Coordination with the scheduling department when authorizations/referrals have been approved for onsite services.

High school diploma or general education degree and one to six months’ related medical office experience and/or training.   Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
