Seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join a strong inter-professional rehabilitative therapy team.  The OT will provide services to a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs.  The OT will provide outpatient services to patients that include disorders of cerebral palsy, spina bifida, autism spectrum disorder, and neuromuscular disorders.  Experience with splinting preferred.

Must be licensed in Arizona or eligible for Arizona Licensure.  Must have graduated from an accredited Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral Occupational Therapy program.

The Children’s Clinics is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Occupational Feeding Therapist Pediatric. We will consider an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Occupational Therapist (OT).

As a member of the Rehabilitative team the Feeding Therapist will join a strong transdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs, including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, neuromuscular disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and pediatric orthopedic conditions. Participates in multi-disciplinary patient care planning and staff/parent education.

SLP or OT applicants must be licensed or eligible for licensure in AZ. Must have graduated from an accredited Master’s degree program.  Minimum two years’ experience with pediatric population preferred.  Current BLS/CPR certification required.  Knowledgeable in feeding treatment.  Spanish Language skill is helpful but not required.

As a member of the Business Services team the Reimbursement Analyst performs financial/reimbursement analysis and monitoring rates compared to contracts.  Assist in AHCCCS contracts reimbursement management and other related financial activities.  Prep and post EOB, payments and adjustments.  Assist in entering and updating reimbursement/fee schedules into the practice management system.

Two-year college education degree or the equivalent in healthcare or managed care related environment.  Two to three years Healthcare or managed care systems experience required.  Strong computer skills and using Microsoft Office Products.  Experience working in a Practice Management System (NextGen preferred).

As a member of the Rehabilitative team the Dietitian will join a strong transdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs, including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, neuromuscular disorders, autism spectrum disorder, neurogenic, orthopedic, sensory impairment conditions. The Registered Dietitian will be responsible for the nutritional care of pediatric to adult patients with complex medical needs.  Will assess, plan, and implements diet recommendations.

At least two years’ clinical experience preferred. Pediatric experience strongly desired.  Experience with Electronic Health Record preferred.  Bachelor’s degree (BS) in dietetics or related field.  Registered Dietitian – American Dietetic Association.   Willing to consider registered dietitian eligible applicants.  Current BLS/CPR certification required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) Language preferred but not required.

The Prior Auth Specialist completes prior authorizations and/or referrals for requested services to include but not limited appointments, outpatient procedures, diagnostic procedures and/or therapies. Knowledge of AHCCCS and Commercial payer’s prior authorization/referral requirements.  Coordination with offsite physicians, hospitals other facilities and families when an authorization/referral has been approved for offsite services. Reviews patient information, diagnosis, CPT4 and ICD10 service codes with AHCCCS and Commercial payers to establish medical necessity for requested services.

High School diploma or equivalent. At least one year in related field and/or experience in a healthcare environment preferred. Must have thorough knowledge of AHCCCS, CRS and third party insurance prior authorization and referral guidelines. Experience in precertification, referrals and prior authorization is required. Responsible person should have a solid understanding of medical terminology and CPT4 as well as ICD10 coding practices.
