As a member of the Rehabilitative Therapies Services team, the SLP will join a strong transdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs, including learning and language disorders; cerebral palsy, spina bifida, neuromuscular disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and other pediatric conditions. The SLP will participate in multi-disciplinary patient care planning and staff/parent education.

Applicants must be licensed or eligible for licensure in AZ, must have graduated from an accredited Master’s degree program and hold a current BLS/CPR certification. Minimum two years’ experience in completing Augmentative Communication Device Evaluations and ongoing treatment with pediatrics.  Experience supporting the deaf/hard of hearing population and AAC devices is required.  Experience with EMR/EHR (NextGen), autism and bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

As a member of the Business Services team, the Revenue Cycle Analyst performs a variety of financial/reimbursement analysis and monitoring functions to assist in contract reimbursement management and other related financial activities.  Prepares and post Explanation of Benefits, payments, and adjustments including AR review/follow up, posting and adjustments.  Assists in entering and updating reimbursement/fee schedules into the practice management system.  Ensures claims submissions and resubmissions are clean and timely.  Conducts routine analysis of accounts receivable.

Associate’s degree or equivalent in healthcare or managed care environment required.  Two or more year’s healthcare or managed care systems experience required.  Knowledge of Payers (AHCCCS, Medicare, CRS, and commercial plans.)  Experience with Accounts payable and posting helpful.  Strong computer skills and using Microsoft Office Products.  Experience working in a Practice Management System (NextGen preferred).

As a member of the Clinical Services team, the RN Care Coordinator will join a strong transdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, neurogenic/neurologic disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and down syndrome. The RN Care Coordinator will impact patient outcomes, act as a liaison between patients, families, and physicians, manage medication changes, interface with various health plans, and triaging calls.

BSN or Associate’s Degree with current AZ License and current BLS/CPR certification required.  Experience in Neurology. Two plus years pediatric nursing experience preferred.  Experience with EMR/EHR (NextGen) a plus.

As a member of the Information Technology (IT) team, the Supervisor will lead and manage a small and agile department with varying IT roles supporting internal and external clients. The Supervisor will manage the NextGen EHR/PM software, provide application support, training/education and lead system upgrades including the development of new solutions within NextGen. The successful candidate will have the ability to lead a team and instill accountability to ensure responsibilities/projects are completed, have strong time management and organization skills, have strong communication skills to liaise with a variety of vendors, and have solid experience and expertise of EHR and systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or related field by an accredited educational institution and two years of experience leading teams in a healthcare delivery setting required. Two years professional software support and development with NextGen EMR/PM strongly preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

As a member of the Clinical Services team, the Medical Assistant will join a strong transdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs including Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, Neurogenic/Neurologic disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Down Syndrome. Experience in specialty care such as Orthopedics, Cardiology and Behavioral Health is a plus.  The MA will obtain patient vitals, performs routine clinical tests, and maintains electronic medical record in a clinic setting. The desired candidate will possess excellent communication, organization, ability to multi-task, provide excellent customer service and thrive in a team environment.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. High School or General Education Diploma and certificate of completion from an accredited Medical Assistant program required.  Will consider an experienced PCT with certificate or CNA license.  Current BLS/CPR certification required.  Six months front and back office experience or related experience preferably working in a Pediatric environment strongly preferred.  Experience with Electronic Health Records (NextGen) a plus.
