Children’s Clinics is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Occupational Therapist (OT). Excellent total rewards package and sign-on bonus available.

Located in beautiful Tucson, Children’s Clinics is a welcoming, integrated medical facility for Southern Arizona’s children and their families. We provide over 25 medical and dental specialty clinics, primary care, behavioral health and outpatient rehabilitative therapy services under one roof.

As a member of the Rehabilitative Therapies Services team, the OT will join a strong transdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, neuromuscular disorders, autism spectrum disorder, neurogenic, sensory impairment and pediatric orthopedic conditions.

Applicants must be licensed or eligible for licensure in AZ and must have graduated from an accredited Master’s degree program in Occupational Therapy. Minimum two years’ experience with pediatric population preferred. New Grads – FT clinical rotation w/peds considered. Experience and training in Sensory Integration preferred.  Knowledge in evaluating and fitting patients for DMEs, Adaptive Equipment, Upper Extremity Splinting/Casting and Feeding therapy a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.  Current BLS/CPR certification required.

The Children’s Clinics is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Occupational Feeding Therapist Pediatric. We will consider an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Occupational Therapist (OT).

Participates in multi-disciplinary patient care planning and staff/parent education.

SLP or OT applicants must be licensed or eligible for licensure in AZ. Must have graduated from an accredited Master’s degree program.  Minimum two years’ experience with pediatric population preferred.  Current BLS/CPR certification required.  Knowledgeable in feeding treatment.  Spanish Language skill is helpful but not required.

As a member of the Business Services team the Reimbursement Analyst performs financial/reimbursement analysis and monitoring rates compared to contracts.  Assist in AHCCCS contracts reimbursement management and other related financial activities.  Prep and post EOB, payments and adjustments.  Assist in entering and updating reimbursement/fee schedules into the practice management system.

Two-year college education degree or the equivalent in healthcare or managed care related environment.  Two to three years Healthcare or managed care systems experience required.  Strong computer skills and using Microsoft Office Products.  Experience working in a Practice Management System (NextGen preferred).

Physical Therapist

As a member of the Rehabilitative Therapies Services team the PT will join a strong transdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs, including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, downs syndrome, neuromuscular disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and pediatric orthopedic conditions. May participate in transdisciplinary medical specialty clinics; wheelchair evaluations and modifications; adaptive equipment evaluations and fittings; and pediatric orthopedic clinics. Experience with spasticity management (Botox, Baclofen, and intrathecal Baclofen pump), serial casting, adaptive equipment, and both pediatric orthopedic and developmental treatment preferred.   The PT participates in multi-disciplinary patient care planning and staff/parent education.

Applicants must be licensed or eligible for licensure in AZ. Must have graduated from an accredited Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral level physical therapy program.  Minimum two years’ experience with pediatric populations with very complex medical needs. Experience and training in Sensory Integration preferred. Current BLS/CPR certification required.  Bilingual (English/Spanish) a Plus, but not required.

As a member of the Clinical Services team, the RN Care Coordinator will join a strong transdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, neurogenic/neurologic disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and down syndrome.

Applicants must be licensed in AZ and have graduated with ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing institution. Minimum two years’ clinical experience with pediatric populations required. Experience with complex medical cases, case management and specialty care such as Dental, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, etc., strongly preferred. Current BLS/CPR certification required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
