As a member of the Rehabilitative team the Dietitians will join a strong transdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical and nutritional needs, including cerebral palsy, spina bifida; genetic, neuromuscular and chromosomal disorders, autism spectrum disorder, neurogenic, orthopedic, endocrine, cardiac and gastrointestinal conditions; sensory impairment conditions.  The Registered Dietitian will be responsible for the nutritional care of pediatric to adult patients with complex medical needs.  The RDN will also assess, plan, and implements diet recommendations based on the patient’s medical and/or post-surgical needs.

At least two years’ clinical experience preferred.  Pediatric experience strongly desired.  Experience with Electronic Health Record preferred.  Bachelor’s degree (BS) in dietetics or related field.  Licensed Registered Dietitian – American Dietetic Association.  Current BLS certification required.  Bilingual (English/Spanish) Language preferred but not required.

As a member of the dynamic Business Services team the Coder will join a strong transdisciplinary outpatient clinic serving a diverse pediatric patient population with complex medical needs.  Responsibilities include but not limited to extracting medical documentation for appropriate coding and billing.  Provides clinical abstracts; assigns appropriate diagnosis and procedure codes in accordance with nationally recognized guidelines.  Provides accurate ICD10 and CPT 4 coding.  The desired candidate will possess excellent organization skills, ability to multi-task, and be detail oriented.

High School or General Education Diploma required, or Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school required.  Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) required.  One to six months related experience required, peds experience preferred.  EHR experience (NextGen preferred).  Revenue cycle charges, fee schedule, and AHCCCS experience.

As a member of the Rehabilitative Therapies Services team, the OT will join a strong transdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs, including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, downs syndrome, neuromuscular disorders, autism spectrum disorder, neurogenic sensory impairment and pediatric orthopedic conditions resulting in decreased functional mobility.  The OT participates in multi-disciplinary patient care planning and staff/parent education and may participate in wheelchair evaluations and modifications, adaptive equipment evaluations and fittings, upper extremity and cerebral palsy clinics to provide or review patients splints, increasing functional joint mobility, ROM and strength, Autism Center of Excellence multidisciplinary clinics to address fine and motor and sensory needs.

Applicants must be licensed or eligible for licensure in AZ, have graduated from an accredited Master’s degree program and have a current BLS certification.  Two years’ experience with pediatric population with very complex medical needs preferred. New Grads with full-time clinical rotation(s) in pediatrics may be considered. Knowledge in evaluating and fitting patients for DMEs, Adaptive Equipment, Sensory Integration therapy, Upper Extremity Splinting/Casting, Feeding therapy and bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

As a member of the Clinical Operations Team this individual will support a dynamic team of providers and staff serving a population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs. Primary responsibilities will include performing laboratory procedures and coordinating the transport of the specimens to the appropriate lab.

Must be flexible, able to multitask, and have excellent communication skills. Knowledgeable of proper patient identification methods and legal requirements drawing blood, handling fluid samples and use of relevant medical equipment and material. Experience with venipunctures in the pediatric population preferred.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required or equivalent combination or relevant education and experience.  Certificate of completion from an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.  One-year experience collecting blood specimens required.  Bilingual English/Spanish required.  BLS certification required.  Pediatric experience preferred.
