As a member of the Rehabilitative Therapies Services team, the SLP will join a strong transdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs, including learning and language disorders; cerebral palsy, spina bifida, neuromuscular disorders, autism spectrum disorder, feeding disorders and other pediatric conditions.  The SLP will participate in multi-disciplinary patient care, planning and staff/parent education.

Applicants must be licensed or eligible for licensure in AZ, must have graduated from an accredited Master’s degree program and hold a current BLS/CPR certification.  Two years related pediatric experience supporting the deaf/hard of hearing/Autistic population and AAC devices, Cochlear Implant Rehabilitation, cleft lip/palate and aquatic therapy strongly preferred.  Experience with EMR/EHR (NextGen), feeding therapy, and bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

As a member of the Information Systems (I.S.) team, the Systems Administrator will join a small and agile team providing technical support to internal and external clients. The Systems Administrator will set up and configure internal/external networks, servers and desktops; Develop and maintain all operating systems, applications, security; recommend and install upgrades, patches, software and equipment. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently, possess strong communication, time management and organization skills coupled with solid experience and knowledge of MicroSoft Exhange, MicroSoft Office, Citrix, SQL, SQL Server, VMWare, Python, Azure, and NextGen EMR.

A Bachelor’s degree in MIS or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience and one year related experience in healthcare delivery setting required. Two or more years of experience in software support and development experience with NextGen or other healthcare application preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!

As a member of the Rehab Services team, the Dietetic Technician will join a strong transdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children with complex medical needs including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, neurogenic/neurologic disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and down syndrome.  The Dietetic Technician will support the Registered Dietitian Nutrition with patient scheduling; processing referrals and orders; maintain strong relations with Nutrition vendors and Medical offices through consistent communication; manage inventory; obtain patient anthropometrics; and other pertinent tasks to support patient care.  Assists patients with obtaining nutrition supplements based on the recommendations by the Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.

High School or General Education Diploma required.  Successful completion of upper level diet and nutrition course and/or Dietetic Tech Registration program.  Current BLS/CPR certification required.  Takes patient height and weight and records accurately into EMR.  Experience with EMR/EHR (NextGen) a plus.  Excellent customer service skills required.  Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

As a member of the Leadership team, the Supervisor of Front Office will lead and manage a team of Front Office Associates throughout the Clinic. The Supervisor will manage and oversee all front desk administrative support for daily operations of the Clinic including but not limited to check in/out, registration, scheduling, insurance verifications, co-pay collections and customer service for internal and external customers.  The successful candidate will have the ability to lead a team and instill accountability to ensure responsibilities/duties are completed, have strong time management and organization skills, have strong communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams/departments, and have solid experience and expertise of EHR and systems.

Two or more year’s healthcare or managed care systems experience required. Associates Degree or equivalent in healthcare or managed care environment preferred. Experience with EMR/EHR and bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

BSN or Associate’s Degree with current AZ License and current BLS/CPR certification required.  Two plus years pediatric nursing experience specifically with children who have chronic illnesses and disabilities preferred.  Experience in Behavioral Health and/or Psychiatry, EMR/EHR (NextGen) and bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
