Our Adaptive Recreation program is designed to increase access to recreational opportunities for children with special healthcare needs. We recognize that:
- Recreational play are essential components to wellness
- Help with physical and psychological well-being
- Help with social interactions and reduce social isolation
- Promotes inclusion and acceptance
- Skills development and healthy lifestyle benefits
Children’s Clinics is pleased to offer a variety of adaptive sports and arts program to children of all abilities. Led by a Therapist, these activities are adapted to meet the individual needs for every child.
