Our programming is designed to increase access to recreational opportunities with special healthcare needs. We recognize that:
- Recreational play are essential components to wellness
- Numerous barriers that children and families living with complex medical conditions experience.
Children’s Clinics is pleased to offer a variety of adaptive sports and activities to children of all abilities. Led by a Physical Therapist, activities are adapted to meet the individual needs for every child.
In collaboration with Live Theatre Workshop, this seven-week program engages the Children’s Clinics community in various theatre games. The goal is to support participants in exploring their imagination, creativity, and improvisation skills to build confidence and community – all in the spirit of joy and fun!
