In this 6 week program, Adaptive Cheer brings the excitement of cheerleading to life through basic motions, chants, rhythm, movement, and simple routines—all while shaking our magical pom-poms! ✨📣 Athletes will move with spirit and explore self-expression in a high-energy, welcoming space.
