Children’s Clinics’ base pay ranges are determined by your position and skills, are market-competitive and built around the target rate for each job’s labor market. The labor market is defined by geography, industry and company size and is based on the types of organizations with whom we compete for talent.

Children’s Clinics offers an incentive for bilingual interpreters, On-Call and lead roles.
Children’s Clinics offers Referral bonus, Sign-On and Relocation assistance. Education Stipend: Eligible employee will receive up to $1150 per year to support you in continuing your education.
Children’s Clinics offers flexibility with Traditional and Roth 401(k) options and we’ll match your contributions, dollar for dollar, up to 4% of your contributions. Children’s Clinics encourages all employees to save for retirement and as such, we automatically increase your contributions by 1% annually to a maximum of 15%; employees have the option to opt-out at their discretion.

You will automatically receive Basic Life AD&D and Long-Term Disability benefits that are 100% employer paid. You can purchase Supplemental Life and AD&D as well as Short-Term Disability if you require additional coverage.

As a member of the Children’s Clinics Team, you will have access to financial education tools and support for you and your family.

Pay for Time Not Worked

Children’s Clinics recognizes that time off from work is essential to your well-being. You can’t be your best at work unless you spend quality time away from work doing the things that matter most and bring you joy.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

PTO is accrued each pay period and is based on years of service and ranges from 17 to 34 days per year (based on employee status and hours worked).

Sick Time

All employees receive 40 hours of paid sick time per year.

Holidays

All employees will receive a total of 11 paid holidays per year, which may include Floating holidays.

Other

We have a variety of options allowing you to take leave when you need to such as Bereavement Leave, FML, etc. (some eligibility requirements may apply).

As of January 29, 2026, there are confirmed cases of measles in our community. Measles is highly contagious and can cause serious illness, especially in young children, pregnant individuals, and those with weakened immune systems.


Symptoms to watch for:
🌡️Fever
🌡️Runny nose
🌡️Cough
🌡️Red, watery eyes
🌡️Flat red rash that spreads over the body


If your child has a fever and rash:
✅ Before visiting our clinic, please call ahead.
✅ For Primary Care sick visits, we will provide masks and direct you to a private room.
✅ For Well Visits, Specialty, Behavioral Health, or Rehab appointments, we may reschedule or convert to telehealth to keep everyone safe.
