Your Financial Well-being

Children’s Clinics’ base pay ranges are determined by your position and skills, are market-competitive and built around the target rate for each job’s labor market. The labor market is defined by geography, industry and company size and is based on the types of organizations with whom we compete for talent.

Children’s Clinics offers an incentive for bilingual interpreters, On-Call and lead roles.
Children’s Clinics offers Referral bonus, Sign-On and Relocation assistance. Education Stipend: Eligible employee will receive up to $1150 per year to support you in continuing your education.
Children’s Clinics offers flexibility with Traditional and Roth 401(k) options and we’ll match your contributions, dollar for dollar, up to 4% of your contributions. Children’s Clinics encourages all employees to save for retirement and as such, we automatically increase your contributions by 1% annually to a maximum of 15%; employees have the option to opt-out at their discretion.

You will automatically receive Basic Life AD&D and Long-Term Disability benefits that are 100% employer paid. You can purchase Supplemental Life and AD&D as well as Short-Term Disability if you require additional coverage.

As a member of the Children’s Clinics Team, you will have access to financial education tools and support for you and your family.
